The Villages of Gloucester will have two commercial areas as part of the 908 acre community.

The Villages Center will be centrally located, a short walk from homes. The retail facilities will consist of shops, restaurants, convenience services and perhaps leisure/recreation opportunities. A few, small neighborhood-oriented retail offices uses will also be part of the Villages Center.

The plans also call for a trailhead for the proposed Fox Mill Preserve greenway. And, as you can see when you click and enlarge the map, the entire Villages Center will provide lakeside views.

The Villages of Gloucester Business Park

The second commercial area will reside on 22 acres between Route 17 and open space areas. There will be a total of 150,000 to 200,000 square feet of retail and office space. Only half can be retail, and no "big box" retailers are allowed. Click here to view those plans.

The exterior of the buildings will all be brick, in compliance with the Design Guidelines in the Master Plan.
