The Villages of Gloucester will be a $750 million premier golf community with homes starting at $350,000, extensive scenic and outdoor recreation opportunities afforded by lakes, ponds and wetlands preserves and retail/commercial uses to serve a community of 1,170 families.

This new community will provide an array of lifestyle housing choices and quality employment opportunities within walking distance. The focus of the residential development and open green space is to create "villages" that share the scenic benefits of an 18-hole championship golf course and the lakes, ponds and protected wetlands.

The overall project will be governed by more than 30 pages of Design Guidelines to insure the level of quality envisioned is maintained throughout. Each village in the larger community will be able to use the principles of the design guidelines to create unique, distinct neighborhoods within the unified whole community.
